When I’m Not Gardening…

I have been working in the Internet  marketing World.  My son is a “Big Time Marketer” as they say.   He’s been doing it for many years and makes a large amount and works hard for it too.

I am barely touching the outer skirts of the entrance.  Although; I do have a growing list of subscribers

When I’m not gardening, I spend time with my grandson; he’s five years old and I adore every piece of a bit of him.  I hope I can make the money I need to visit all the other grandchildren that I have. and build a green house.

I’ll keep updated about all that a person like me does when not gardening.there are other things like sewing pillows and baking disappearing cakes.

The Story of My Oregon Garden in Washington

Many years ago,  my son  planted Oregon fir trees and blackberries on our property in Washington. These steps lead the way to that space I call ” My Oregon Garden”.   There are  berries, fir trees, Queen Anne’s Lace and ivy all growing together right in the middle of pine trees and Granite rock.  The Queen has ventured out to mingle with her new friends living in Washington Gardens.

You can see that  raspberry darlings along the steps down, have ventured as well.   However; they have since been transplanted back with their family spot.  The blackberries are just beyond the wild grass below.

I enjoy combining Oregon and Washington plant life and they seem to like it too.

Please comment and share your garden history.  Remember, we can all  benefit from gardening stories.  It has been over two years since this photo and now as a Home Wife, I am eager to share new  ones of all the joyful work accomplished.

Following the Plant

Following the plant within its’ garden world is being the gardener I love to be. Only by following, am I able to learn the truth each plant has to share about its’ life on earth.
Each one lets me know that it is happiest when treated respectfully, with nature as its’ guide.
I want to share the joy of learning from plants what it is that they need. Plants are like children. They are most comfortable with nature

The Basic Foundation of My First Blog

Excited and suddenly energetic, that is how I feel.

I am sure you understand.  Although, you perhaps have other adjectives to describe your feeling when you began your first blog.

This blog is a place for sharing knowledge about gardening ( indoor and outside), with a natural approach.

I  want to focus on plants, but I also know how children are naturally aligned  with gardening.  This blog is a garden for both, with plants as the primary focus.
